Jeff Hoerner – Director of Soccer Operations
Jeff Hoerner serves as the Director of Soccer Operations for the Buffalo Stallions, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization. With a background that includes serving as an Assistant Coach at the University at Buffalo, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of the game.
Jeff’s role encompasses overseeing all logistical and operational components of the Buffalo Stallions NPSL team, including team management, game-day execution, and player development initiatives. His commitment to fostering a professional environment ensures that the Stallions deliver a high-quality experience for players, fans, and the Buffalo soccer community.
With decades of involvement in the local soccer landscape, Jeff is passionate about elevating the game in Western New York. His leadership and attention to detail make him an integral part of the Stallions' mission to build a competitive and community-focused team in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL).
Mark Spacone – Head Coach & Sporting Director
Mark Spacone brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to the Buffalo Stallions as Head Coach and Sporting Director. Mark has extensive coaching experience across NCAA programs and MLS academies. Additionally, Mark was a U.S. Soccer Youth National Team Talent ID Scout and has earned a USSF "A" License. His experience in identifying and developing top-level talent at every stage of the game will be utilized to create a successful culture with The Stallions.
Mark’s passion for the sport and commitment to player development align perfectly with the Stallions' mission to create a professional, competitive environment while fostering growth both on and off the field. His leadership and strategic approach will help establish the Buffalo Stallions as a premier team in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL).
